Saving the animals from explosives.

We had the difficult challenge of saving animals from explosives inside a sink and we had to move these explosives out of there without setting them off. First of all we made a code of conduct while trying to solve these problems. Examples of this code was like listening to every ones ideas and showing respect to your peers, this helped us get things done faster and we didn't get frustrated with group members.
Then we moved onto trying create ways to move the marbles from sink to sink. we came up with three different ways of doing this and even though one didn't work out so well we still remain respectful towards our group members.
We created a if then graph to show the effect our actions took and we saved the animals.

The law of choice

Everyday we are given choices to make that will effect the outcome of your day and even your life. The law of choice is a very powerful tool that we use that shapes leaders. Like our speaker Tim Jones we make hundreds of choices a day, and we need to start thinking about the effect that these choices have on our life. These choices can be very simple like what kind of donuts you want or what kind of college to go to.

Not only is the law of choice used to make simple decisions it can really impact a leaders life. A leader needs to know how to responded to challenging decisions quickly. A leader know that these decisions will greatly effect the the lives of his or her followers as well.

Going Green

My mom started to teach me the value of going green as a young child. Be raised in that kind of enviorment where you learn to respect things around you helped me greattly in the future about how i treat my familly, friends, and the planet.
When you hear that someone is environmentally safe you think of them as a "hippe" or other things. But you don't have to be a hippe to help the planet about going green. Just do little things like bringing a water bottle, picking up trash, and recycling. These small things can make big diffrences for the future of this planet which we need to help, becasue we don't want our kids living in a poisned world.

Be a follower

Watching the video of the man dancing  kinda help me see what it takes to be the first follower. If you are the man who was dancing by yourself, you need some courage to stand out there in front of everyone, and display your awesomeness to the world. the first follower is the bravest though. You need to stand up and follow and support the person while no one else is. If you do this you should stick with it and not give up on the person you are following, and don't let him do all the work make sure you are pulling others with you so they to can follow. There is no movement without the first follower

Leadership with Will Smith

As the third week of leadership rolled around we watched a very inspirational movie called the Pursuit of Happiness. The movie stared Will smith as a inventor/ salesman as he tired to become a stock broker for a major company. His dream as he tired to become one was happiness, but to get to his final dream he had to follow the following instructions, which where dreams, risk, opportunity, and determination.
I chose risk as the most important factor to pursue a idea. You need need to be ready to give something up in order to achieve your goal for Will he gave up his home in order to reach his idea. Don't try to get to your goal by the easy way or you won't really reap the benefits, you have to put everything on the line and willing to fall down on your face.
