Saving the animals from explosives.

We had the difficult challenge of saving animals from explosives inside a sink and we had to move these explosives out of there without setting them off. First of all we made a code of conduct while trying to solve these problems. Examples of this code was like listening to every ones ideas and showing respect to your peers, this helped us get things done faster and we didn't get frustrated with group members.
Then we moved onto trying create ways to move the marbles from sink to sink. we came up with three different ways of doing this and even though one didn't work out so well we still remain respectful towards our group members.
We created a if then graph to show the effect our actions took and we saved the animals.

The law of choice

Everyday we are given choices to make that will effect the outcome of your day and even your life. The law of choice is a very powerful tool that we use that shapes leaders. Like our speaker Tim Jones we make hundreds of choices a day, and we need to start thinking about the effect that these choices have on our life. These choices can be very simple like what kind of donuts you want or what kind of college to go to.

Not only is the law of choice used to make simple decisions it can really impact a leaders life. A leader needs to know how to responded to challenging decisions quickly. A leader know that these decisions will greatly effect the the lives of his or her followers as well.
